What is PeerSpirit?
In PeerSpirit, we create interactive social containers where transformation occurs. What do you need to transform? How do you want to honor your life story? How can you be the leader of your own life?
PeerSpirit’s co-founders—Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea—are well-known authors of books and essays on circle process, environmental education, journal writing, rites of passage, spirituality, and story. While these topics are eclectic, our original methodology, PeerSpirit Circle Process, informs all we do: from mountaintops to corporate headquarters, from writing retreats to vision quests, and in training, consulting, and mentoring. Learn more about us. We look forward to meeting you...

One conversation can change the direction of our lives and work.
A story can heal, inspire, and move communities to action.
Retreat in the natural world can restore our souls.

Consulting & Conferences
Christina, Ann and PeerSpirit colleagues help people and organizations host conversations that lead to thoughtful change. They are also dynamic keynote and conference presenters.

Writing Workshops
Christina's legacy seminar, "The Self as the Source of the Story" is complemented by workshops on journal writing, spirituality, and writing in nature (co-taught with Ann).
Mentoring
Christina and Ann offer coaching
and direction for people exploring their facilitation skills, writing, life transitions, spirituality, or relationship with nature.

Wilderness Quests
Ann guides people into the magic that occurs in nature. PeerSpirit offers Elder Quest (for women over 50), and has expanded our offerings to serve mixed groups in our Cascadia Quest.
Circle Training
Circle Practica invite people to learn or strengthen PeerSpirit circle facilitation skills. We also provide private circle training for client organizations and sponsoring groups.

Storycatching
Story is a map: we lay out a path in words then follow the story-line. PeerSpirit integrates story into our work through seminars, speeches, and in-depth organizational exploration on how story shapes collective experience.
